Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

We run a printables site, not a data business. This page explains the little we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights.

Who we are

Doodlesaurus, operating doodlesaurus.com, based in Türkiye. Contact for privacy matters: hello@doodlesaurus.com.

Audience

This website is made for parents, carers and teachers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data (for example through the contact address), email us and we will delete it.

What we collect

Visiting the site

We do not run web analytics, and no cookie is set when you browse.

Our server and network providers process your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Our server keeps no access log of the pages you visit.

Downloading a printable

Printables are served from our own server. We do not log or count downloads.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address, the page you subscribed from and the date, with our email provider (Kit, Inc., USA, under standard contractual clauses). Each email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes you from the list. We never sell or share the list.

Buying a pack or membership

Payments are handled by our merchant of record (Paddle), who is the seller of record and processes your payment details under their own privacy policy. We receive your email address and the product bought so we can deliver it and provide support.

Contacting us

Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to answer and for our records, up to two years.

Advertising

When ads are enabled, they are served by Google AdSense. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, no advertising cookies are set until you consent via the banner, and ads shown before consent are non-personalised. You can change your choice at any time from the footer. Google's use of data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Legal bases (GDPR)

  • Delivering the website and files: legitimate interest.
  • Newsletter and personalised advertising: consent.
  • Purchases and support: performance of a contract.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, or object to our processing. EU/UK residents may also complain to their supervisory authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — we do not sell personal information; ad personalisation (where enabled) can be declined via the consent banner. Email hello@doodlesaurus.com; we answer within 30 days and never charge for a request.

Retention and security

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept for the period our tax law requires. Everything is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with providers that hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.

Changes

We will post any change here with a new date. Significant changes to how we use newsletter data will be announced by email first.
